The time is almost here! Vibe Magazine's official "Relaunch Issue" will hit newstands on Dec. 8. The magazine has been on a brief hiatus due to poor sales and has been shut down for the past few months. Chris Brown is the choosen cover boy for the issue, even though the photo above is not the official cover. The magazine also comes out on the same day as Brown's new album 'Graffiti'.
